House of Wolves is the music project of Rey Villalobos,
the band name's origin coming from the translation of Villalobos
from Spanish to English. A Los Angeles native, Villalobos' family originates
from two different sides of the globe - Cananea Sonora México and Francavilla al Mare
on the Italian Adriatic Coast.

House of Wolves' debut album "Fold In The Wind"
was produced and mixed by John Askew (Alela Diane, The Dodos).
The album presents a warm, ethereal, and poetic collection. While beautifully eerie in acoustic form,
the songs are filled with colorful symphonic sustain that decorates spacious
arrangements and blended with Villalobos' haunting melodies they call to mind
Elliott Smith, Low, & Sparklehorse.

Signed to French label Fargo Records  "Fold in the Wind" was released in the EU & UK 2013.

2014 House of Wolves recorded 2 new albums, to be released in 2015.
